Our Mission
The Business Entrepreneurship Encouragement Program (BEEP) was founded by Rachael Ding, Aishwharya Meenakshisundaram, and Manvi Kottakota in 2020 with the vision of supporting youth entrepreneurship. BEEP provides funding and a robust network for student start-ups and supports them from ideation onwards. Beep is the largest student-run incubator in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Meet the Team!
Rachael Ding
Program Director
Meet Rachael Ding, one of the founders and the current Program Director of BEEP. She is an entrepreneur at heart and spends her free time building things from scratch. She is always open to a challenge and believes that with determination, there is no insurmountable obstacle.
Alex Li
Vice Program Director
Alex is a rising junior at Lynbrook High School and is the current assistant program director of BEEP. As assistant program director, Alex helps oversee the BEEP team and works closely with operations. In his free time, you can find Alex playing with his dog, doodling, or gaming.
Riya Sri Rallabandi
Secretary
Riya is a Senior at CHS who is very passionate about Business Management and Technology. As the Secretary of BEEP, she handles meeting minutes, emails, and works closely with the Operations Team to run the program. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, and vibing to her favorite music.

Treasurer
Inisha is in the Lynbrook class of 2023 and is the treasurer of BEEP. Go Vikes! As a treasurer, she overlooks the program's financial division, keeps records of all the finances, funding, and reimbursements, and works closely with the Operations Team as well as with the outreach liaison to run the program.
Tanay is the director of event and club coordination.
Fahriye is Class of 2023 at Homestead High School. She is the Vice Director of Event and Club Coordination here at BEEP and she is so excited to be a part of the BEEP program! She loves cheerleading, film, music, reading, fashion, and makeup.

Jasmin is a rising senior at Homestead High School. As a graphic design intern for BEEP, she helps the team create social media posts, in addition to redesigning the website. Besides designing, she also enjoys drawing, biking, and playing softball in her free time.

Eshika is a rising senior at Fremont high school and is in the marketing division of BEEP! In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and cheerleading.

Nancy Doan
Outreach and Publicity Lead
Nancy is in the Class of 2024 at Cupertino High School and is the outreach and publicity intern for BEEP. As the outreach and publicity intern, she helps with managing the email newsletter and writing blog posts on the website for each event. In her free time, she enjoys watching video essays, singing along to her favorite songs, and spending time with her friends.

Shannon is a sophomore at LHS. She loves being a part of BEEP to fund businesses by helping BEEP coordinate amazing events. In her free time she loves running cross country, and creating art.

Operations Intern
Meet Aranya Reddy, Cupertino sophomore and BEEP operations intern. Watching and learning from the current operations team, she is ready to start working right alongside them. Outside of BEEP, Aranya loves cooking and carpentry, and she is always willing to produce something new.
