Our Mission

The Business Entrepreneurship Encouragement Program (BEEP) was founded by Rachael Ding, Aishwharya Meenakshisundaram, and Manvi Kottakota in 2020 with the vision of supporting youth entrepreneurship. BEEP provides funding and a robust network for student start-ups and supports them from ideation onwards. Beep is the largest student-run incubator in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sharon Lu Program Director Sharon is a Junior at Lynbrook High School and is the Program Director of BEEP. Sharon has been with BEEP for 3 years and has seen the exponential growth and success of BEEP. In her free time Sharon loves to spend time with her dog and play the piano.	Isha Agrawal Vice Program Director Isha is a current member of BEEP's team and a freshman at Cupertino High School. As a member of the beep team, Isha assists in promoting and publicizing BEEP's forthcoming events as well as BEEP's overall efforts to find new interns and provide funding for start-up companies. She is fluent in Hindi and enjoys dancing, volleyball, coding, robotics and most of all interacting with other individuals.	Jaiden Wirasinghe Co-Vice Director of Operations Jaiden is a current freshman in Homestead High School. Outside of BEEP, Jaiden is a part of Model UN, a delegate for the Cupertino-Toyokawa Sister Cities program, and enjoys tinkering with electronics.

Kashish Mittal Vice Program Director of Marketing Kashish is a senior at Lynbrook High School and the Vice Program Director of Marketing at BEEP. Besides her BEEP responsibilities, she loves to spend time outdoors, taking walks, and also watching movies with family.	Khushi Jain Khushi is a junior at Pioneer High School. She is super excited to be a part of the marketing team at BEEP. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading science fiction, playing the flute, and watching Bollywood movies.	Raghav Sinha Raghav is a junior at Cupertino High School. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, reading, or watching sports.
Vidushi Budhiraja Vidushi is a sophomore in Cupertino High School. She is a part of the creative marketing team, making posts and graphics for BEEP. In her free time, you can find her reading books, watching cricket or her favourite TV show.	Ryan Wong Ryan is currently a junior at Fremont High School and part of the Operations team at BEEP. As an operations member, Ryan works on the planning and logistics of BEEP events. In his free time, Ryan likes to play volleyball, video games, and watch sci-fi movies.	Clarissa Tick Clarissa is a current freshman at Monta Vista High School and is a marketing member here at BEEP. She helps promote BEEP and prepare presentations for events. In her free time, she loves to play volleyball, piano, writing, and hanging out with her friends.
Amol Agrawal Amol is a freshman at homestead high school and currently works as an Operations Member. Amol likes to plan, volunteer, and run BEEP’s events. His hobbies include swimming, speech and debate, coding, and playing video games.	Hang Doan Hang is a current Operation team member where she mainly assist with event logistics and planning. In her free time, Hang enjoys doodling, baking, and going for runs to unwind and stay active.	Anya Jenamani Anya is a sophomore at Cupertino High School and is an Operations member for BEEP. In her free time, you can find Anya reading or listening to The Weekend.
Olivia Kim Olivia is a incoming junior at Homestead High School who is a current member of the operations team. As a member, she helps organize events such as the hackathon and pitch day to make sure everything goes well. In her free time, she likes to read and learn new things.	Kavya Gangasani Kavya is a Junior at Homestead High School and on the marketing team of BEEP. She is super excited to be on the marketing team.
